Nestled on the charming streets of Pearl, Mississippi, Tony's Fish House is the kind of place that exudes an unpretentious warmth. Located at 2735 Old Brandon Rd, this quaint joint gives off a vibe as friendly as its neighborhood. It's the quintessential go-to spot when a craving for good old-fashioned seafood arrives and doesn't disappoint.
Tony’s is like stepping into a local classic where everyone knows your name, and if they don’t, they soon will. The menu is delightfully straightforward yet endlessly enticing. Classic Southern seafood dishes dominate, yet each is crafted with a meticulous freshness that sets it apart from ordinary fish houses. Start with a plate of their legendary hush puppies; they're crispy on the outside and marvelously soft and airy inside. One bite and the secret is revealed – these aren't your everyday starters.
Venture further into the menu, and the fried catfish emerges as a hero. Crispy yet somehow tender, served alongside golden fries and coleslaw that’s just the right amount of tangy. If fried isn't the preferred style, the grilled shrimp offers a smoky alternative that excites the palate just the same. Naturally, those with a penchant for spice will appreciate the Cajun-inspired dishes that bring heat and flavor in equal measure.
Patrons rave about the daily specials that keep things interesting and capitalize on the freshest catches. The word on the street is that Tony serves up some mean gumbo when the season is right – run, don't walk when it appears on the board. Reviews frequently highlight not just the food, but the personal touch in service that makes every visit feel personal and tailored. It's the kind of place that fosters regulars – once a visit is made, returning doesn't feel like a choice but rather a happy inevitability.
In terms of location, Tony's Fish House stands out. Not in the flashy, look-at-me way but rather an understated elegance that permits focus on quality. One doesn't simply stumble upon Tony's; it's typically recommended by a friend who knows the local culinary scene well. And indeed, this humble abode has earned its well-deserved reputation. Full bellies and happy hearts seem to be a common thread in the reviews, lending credence to Tony’s being the real deal.
So, for anyone, near or far, searching for a place that embodies Southern hospitality wrapped in seafood charm, Tony's Fish House is that treasure trove waiting to be discovered. With a heritage of flavor and a reputation that precedes it, stepping through those doors is like being welcomed home.

My first time visiting based on the recent reviews. I was super hungry and I had to refrain from ordering everything on the menu. 🤭 I selected the chicken philly fries with a portion of steak as well. MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!! That was sooooooo good!! The taste of the meat was more flavorful than expected. It was actually more than enough and I was very pleased. And the genuine kindness from the staff was wonderful. I will be back.

This is one of those spots you don't go for the decor cause you know the food is good. We say go to the hole in the wall. Don't judge just get the food it's great. First time going, it didn't disappoint.

I really love that Tony's has real catfish and not the fake catfish swai (or basa), or Pangasius that fish places sell to customers because it's cheaper but if you know catfish yk what its texture and taste is...... Hands down to the little young lady that took my order over the phone she was very pleasant to speak with and even more pleasant in person, when I got there to pick up my food she greeted me and it was yes ma'am and thank you ma'am !! Sweet personality and great customer service !! Great job to her parents or whoever raised her!!! Now the food was great, cooked just right not over cooked, under cooked it was perfect and it tasted marvelous !!! I was made at myself for not getting 2-plates!!!!
